Become certified to Administer the Hardiness Resilience Gauge. Enjoy online curriculum that enables you to complete your entire certification from the comfort of your home or office. Personal experience of taking the assessment yourself and getting detailed feedback from an experienced coach. Presentation tools complete with a facilitator guide, slide presentation, and other resources that enable you to conduct a workshop. A free online account with Multi-Health Service (MHS).

Course Curriculum

Dr. Janine Elias is the President and the Principal Consultant of Elias Institute of Professional Coaching providing coach certification, continuing education, professional development, transformational leadership training, custom programs, leadership retreats, and coaching and consulting for individuals and organizations. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership, a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) and the National Board Certified Health and Wellness (NBC-HWC). Dr. Elias specializes in nonclinical trauma reduction, crisis response, system/culture reform, and building hardy and resilient teams through transformational leadership. All of her trainings and programs are uniquely designed to utilize industry best practices to support the transfer of training and practical application/utilization of course content and materials.
