Janine Elias

Dr. Janine Elias is the Founder and the President of Elias Institute of Professional Coaching providing coach certification, continuing education, professional development, resiliency leadership training, custom programs, leadership retreats, and coaching and consulting for individuals and organizations. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership, a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) and the National Board Certified Health and Wellness (NBC-HWC). Dr. Elias specializes in nonclinical trauma reduction, crisis response, system/culture reform, and building hardy and resilient teams through resiliency leadership. All of her trainings and programs are uniquely designed to utilize industry best practices to support the transfer of training and practical application/utilization of course content and materials.
